Q. How do I get a burn permit?
A. Please stop at the fire station during regular business hours to obtain
a permit. All permits are free of charge.

offer any CRP or first aid training for the public?
A. Yes, Periodic training by qualified instructors is offered to the general
public for CPR and first aid. Call the station at 859-342-7505 ext
18 to find out when classes are held.

in my yard?
A. No, By city ordinance every fire hydrant shall be clear of any obstruction
in a radius of 10 feet. Fire hydrants are color coded to indicate
available water flow. Please do not paint or remove the color stripe
from the hydrant.

insurance rating classification?
A. Currently the fire district is a class four. Contact the District
Administration if your insurance agent needs additional information.

patch?
A. Yes, submit a written request to the district. There is a minimum
